🧒 Child Safety Policy
Children's safety is our first priority — in every design decision.
What we do
- Parental/guardian email and consent required for accounts under 13
- No advertising tracking or analytics profiling on child accounts
- Children appear on public leaderboards as first-name/avatar only — never full names
- Child content is empowering, never fear-based; age-appropriate language throughout
- AI roleplay has gentler child modes with safety rails — drills pause and show help information at any sign of distress
- Grooming/abuse indicators route directly to Child Helpline 1121 and NCCIA 1799
- Photos: institutions may post images of minors only with written consent; the moderation queue reviews every post
For parents
When creating a child account, your email becomes the guardian contact. You may view, export or request deletion of your child's data anytime: helpdesk@pisa.org.pk. Start with the Family Digital Pact in the Parents Academy.
Reporting
If any child is at risk: helpdesk@pisa.org.pk (PISA), Child Helpline 1121, or NCCIA 1799 immediately. Emergency: 15.
