2. Opening (5 min): local scam story from the Scam Gallery relevant to THIS audience (seniors → pension call; students → gaming)

3. Core (20 min): 4 Cyber Steps + audience track lessons projected from the portal

4. Live AI drill (10 min): run one roleplay scenario on screen, audience coaches the volunteer responder

5. Closing (5 min): everyone signs the Pledge on their phones; distribute printed First Aid cards; announce class code

6. Post-session: mark attendance via QR check-in; file activity post with photos (+ consent flag) for the National Wall
